Website analytics: visitors, sources and sales on one screen
One dashboard per site tells you who visited and where they came from, how many called or messaged you, what you sold, and what is waiting for you today.
Many business owners have a website and don’t know whether it helps them. Does anyone visit? Where do they come from? Do they call afterwards? On Tansik the answers are in your analytics from the first visitor, with nothing to set up and no code to add.
Start with what needs you today
Each site’s home screen gathers what is waiting for your decision now:
- New orders.
- Messages and form replies you haven’t read.
- Bookings waiting for your confirmation.
- Reviews waiting for your approval.
- Products running low on stock.
- Changes you haven’t published yet.
If you run several sites, each site’s to-dos sit in their own place, so you don’t miss an order on a site you haven’t opened for days.
Visitors: how many, from where, reading what
On the analytics page you pick the period: the last 7 or 30 days, or 90 days on the plans that include it. You see:
- Visitors and page views, day by day, on a chart.
- The most visited pages, so you know which service or product draws people in.
- Sources: Google, Instagram, Snapchat, a link in a message, or a direct visit.
- Campaigns: if you add UTM tags to your links, each campaign shows with its name and source.
- Devices and languages: how many visit on a phone, and how many browse in Arabic or English.
Tansik’s analytics use no cookies, and visits from crawlers and testing tools aren’t counted, so the numbers stay close to real visitors. A visitor is counted once a day.
Calls and WhatsApp: the visit that became a customer
A visit alone isn’t enough. So the dashboard counts every tap on your site’s call, WhatsApp and email buttons, day by day. If visits go up and taps don’t, the page may need a clearer offer or a more visible button. If most taps come from one service page, that service deserves a more prominent place on your home page and in your ads.
Reading the numbers together tells you more than reading them one by one: a source that brings many visitors and no calls may not deserve your budget, while a small source that brings many calls deserves more.
Sales: what you sold
If you have an online store, for the same period you see:
- The number of orders, total sales and the amount actually paid.
- The average order value, and how many orders were cancelled.
- Orders by status, and sales by payment method.
- Best sellers, by quantity and by amount.
Your ads platforms, without touching code
If you advertise on Google, Meta, TikTok or Snapchat, those platforms need to know what happened after someone clicked your ad. On Tansik you paste the code the platform gave you, Tansik reads the ids, and leads, calls, purchases and bookings are sent to it by themselves. This covers Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion actions, and the Meta, TikTok and Snapchat pixels. The details are in conversion tracking for Google Ads.
If your campaigns run through Google Ads on Tansik, you see calls, clicks and cost in your dashboard too.
Ask the assistant about your numbers
You don’t have to read every chart. Ask the AI assistant in your own words, “where did this month’s visitors come from?” or “what should I improve first?”, and it explains the numbers in plain language and suggests the next step. Since search is a big source of visitors, run the SEO check to see what to fix first, and read SEO for small businesses.
