WhatsApp and email campaigns: bring customers back
Import your contacts or use your store's customers, write the message with the assistant, then send it now or schedule it, spaced out and within daily limits that protect your number.
A customer who bought from you once is closer to buying again than any new visitor. But they forget you unless you remind them: a new offer, a season, a product that just arrived. Tansik's email and WhatsApp campaigns let you message your customers from your own WhatsApp number and email, while respecting those who don't want to hear from you.
Your contacts in one place
Every campaign needs a list. On Tansik contacts come from:
- Your store's customers and your site's forms, so anyone who ordered or got in touch becomes a contact.
- A file you import, CSV or Excel. Tansik finds the columns by their headers in Arabic or English, tidies phone numbers and emails, merges duplicates, and updates existing contacts instead of duplicating them.
- Lists you create to group your customers, such as customers in Riyadh or students of one course.
Each contact has separate consent for each channel: email and WhatsApp. When you import a file you confirm the people in it agreed to be messaged; an import never removes consent someone gave, and never erases an opt-out.
Write the message, or ask the assistant
Write the campaign text yourself, or ask the AI assistant to write it with you: "a short message about our end-of-season abaya sale". You can put the customer's name in the message so each person is greeted by name.
Tips for a message people read:
- A clear first line that says what's new.
- One offer per message, not a long list.
- One link to the product or booking page on your site.
Send now or schedule it
You don't have to send the campaign the moment you write it. Choose:
- Send now, or
- Schedule it for a day and time you pick, such as Thursday morning before the weekend.
You can pause a campaign and resume it at any time, and each campaign shows what was delivered and what failed.
Protecting your number
What worries business owners most about bulk WhatsApp messages is getting their number blocked. So campaigns are built with care:
- From your own number: link your business WhatsApp by scanning a QR code on your phone, as with WhatsApp Web.
- Messages spaced out, never sent in one burst.
- Daily limits for each WhatsApp number; the campaign carries on the next day.
- An unsubscribe line added under WhatsApp messages by default: anyone who replies "إلغاء" or STOP gets no more of your campaigns.
- An unsubscribe link in every email.
- A block list whose contacts are never messaged, and nobody is messaged on a channel they didn't agree to.
These safeguards protect you, but they don't replace the basics: message people who know you and agreed to hear from you, and not too often.
When to use campaigns
- New products, or a sold-out product back in stock.
- A seasonal offer, such as Ramadan, National Day or back to school.
- A reminder about course registration or your association's event.
- A discount coupon for past customers; see the ways to reward them in coupons, loyalty and abandoned carts.
Campaigns start the conversation; the replies are answered by the WhatsApp assistant on the same number, as in WhatsApp auto-replies.

Questions
From which number and address are campaigns sent?
From your own WhatsApp number, linked like WhatsApp Web, and your own email settings.
Can I message people who didn't agree?
No. Contacts without consent for the channel, who opted out, or who are on the block list are never messaged.
Do campaigns protect my number from being blocked?
Tansik spaces messages out, keeps daily limits per number and honours opt-outs, which lowers the risk; messaging only people who agreed matters most.
