AI blog articles: write and publish on a schedule

Give a topic, or a list of topics and a weekly schedule: the AI researches and writes full articles in your site's languages, as drafts or published by themselves.

You know a blog brings visitors from Google and builds trust in your expertise, but who has time to write an article every week while running a business? This is where Tansik helps: a blog on your site where the AI writes full articles in your site's languages, while you stay in charge of what gets published.

A full article from one topic

From the blog page in your dashboard, or by asking the AI assistant, you type the topic you want, such as "how to choose an air conditioner for a small flat" or "common questions before dental implants". The AI researches it on the web when that helps, then writes a full article with:

  • The text, with headings and paragraphs, in every language on your site (Arabic and English if your site is bilingual).
  • A search title and description for Google's results.
  • A summary and tags.
  • A cover image picked from your site's images.

The article is saved as a draft for you to review, unless you asked for it to be published straight away.

The schedule: articles that arrive by themselves

If you want the blog to keep going without you remembering it, turn on the article schedule. You set:

  1. How many articles a week, from one to seven.
  2. A list of topics it writes about in order, skipping ones already written.
  3. Keywords it works around once the list runs out.
  4. Instructions for the writing, such as a formal tone or a focus on your city.
  5. Drafts or auto-publish: articles arrive as drafts for review, or publish by themselves if you choose.

One article is written at a time for each site, and you can also give any article a publishing date so it appears on your blog when that day comes.

AI tokens

Articles use the assistant tokens included in your plan. If tokens run out when an article is due, that article is skipped, you get an alert, and the schedule tries again the next day, so nothing breaks and nothing surprises you. Each plan's tokens are on the home page.

Your blog, on your site

Articles don't just sit in your dashboard; they become part of your site:

  • A blog page and a page for each article, with tags and dates.
  • A section showing the latest articles on any page you choose, such as the home page.
  • An RSS feed for people who follow your blog.
  • Every published article goes into your sitemap, so Google finds it.

Your site's SEO check reviews articles too: one with no description, too little text or no cover shows up in the list of things to fix. More in SEO for small businesses.

Review before you publish

The AI writes fast, but you know your business best. Before publishing a draft:

  • Check prices, times and promises, and never publish what you don't actually offer.
  • Add your experience: a story from a customer, or a tip only people in your trade know.
  • Link the article to your service: a closing line inviting the reader to book or get in touch.

That way you get the speed of AI writing and your own honest voice together.

Get started

Open the blog in your site's dashboard and type your first topic, or ask the assistant to set up a weekly schedule. If your site isn't ready yet, start with building your website with the AI assistant.

Questions

Are articles published without my review?

Only if you choose auto-publish. Otherwise they wait as drafts for you to review, edit and publish.

Are articles written in Arabic and English?

They are written in every language enabled on your site, so a bilingual site gets each article in both.

What happens if my AI tokens run out?

The scheduled article is skipped, you get an alert, and the schedule tries again the next day.
