Tansik for agencies: run client sites under your own brand
Build your clients’ sites in one account, invite each client to their site so they see your agency’s name and logo, and hand the site over to their own account when the work is done.
If you run a marketing agency or a design studio, you know the problem: different hosting for every client, scattered passwords, plugins that need updating, and a client who calls every week to change a photo. Tansik for agencies brings your clients’ sites into one account and presents them under your agency’s name.
Every client site in one account
An agency plan gives you a number of sites on one subscription, and the agency page shows:
- Each site and its status, and the client it belongs to: name, email and mobile.
- Who you have invited from each client to their site.
- What each site used this month: AI tokens, the number of orders and their paid total, and storage.
These numbers help you price your service for each client, because the bill with Tansik stays with your agency. A client who uses the assistant heavily or runs a busy store is not the same as one with a simple company site, and you see the difference in numbers rather than guesses. On the home screen you see what needs you on every site: new orders, messages, bookings waiting for confirmation.
Your brand, not ours
In the agency settings you add your agency’s name and logo. A client you invite to their site sees your name and logo on the dashboard instead of Tansik’s. Support stays with you too: your clients don’t see Tansik’s support link, so they come to you.
Your team and your clients, each in their place
Not everyone needs everything. You invite your team with different roles:
- Admin, who runs the sites and settings.
- Designer, who works on the design and pages.
- Store manager, for products and orders.
- Support, for messages and customers.
You can limit each member to the sites they work on. Clients are invited to their own site, so they never see your other clients’ sites.
Tools that cut delivery time
Instead of starting every site from scratch:
- The AI assistant builds a full draft from a description of the business, or from a picture of a design the client likes.
- You pick a ready theme for the client’s sector, with their colours and fonts.
- Your designers build the design and sections in code, and reuse blocks across sites.
- You import an existing site as a zip, and its pages become an editable Tansik design.
Every site gets what the client needs without plugins: Arabic and English, their own domain with a free security certificate, and an online store, bookings and forms depending on the plan. If you are choosing a theme for a client, read how to choose the right theme.
Hand the site over when the work is done
Some clients want to own their site in their own account. You offer a site transfer to the client’s Tansik email; they accept it from their account, and the site moves to them with everything in it: pages, products, orders, bookings and domains. The client’s account needs a plan with room for the site, and they see this before accepting. If they don’t accept within the offer’s time, the site stays with you.
Connect your own tools
If your agency uses its own CRM or reporting dashboard, the API and webhooks connect it to your clients’ sites: orders, bookings and form replies reach your systems as they happen. We explain how in the API and webhooks.

Questions
Do my clients see the Tansik name?
Clients you invite to their sites see your agency’s name and logo on their dashboard, and don’t see Tansik’s support link.
Who pays the Tansik subscription?
The agency. One subscription covers your clients’ sites, and you see each site’s usage so you can price your service per client.
Can a client take their site?
Yes. Offer a transfer to their own Tansik account; they accept it and the site moves to them with its content.
Start your site on Tansik and turn on what you read about from your dashboard.
